The first step to a Fresh Start consists of our resident / employee moving into the facility here in downtown Wichita. The resident / employee are allowed to move in without paying a security deposit or rent up front, on the contingency that they are physically able and willing to work a forty hour work week.

The job placement program director will find a suitable job for the resident / employee. Just as importantly, the resident / employee needs to be willing to remain substance free for the duration of their residency which is a 520 hour employment program. However, it is the resident's / employee's choice to stay in the program past the 520 hours of employment.
