Each Client enters the Fresh Start Job Placement Program, a temporary employment service. Clients are given an employment assessment by Fresh Start staff and placed on an appropriate job in Wichita and surrounding communities. Each client is provided a sack lunch daily.

After continuous employment for 90 days, participants may be eligible for employment for the company with whom they have been placed. This decision is largely in the hands of the employer in agreement with the program participants. Program participants are required to give two weeks notice of there intention to move to independent living.

If you are an employer in Wichita or a community within 30 miles and need temporary employees or employees on a temp-to-perm basis please consider the following:

      Transportation to and from the job site.

      Each client is alcohol and drug tested prior to placement.

      Completive rates.

      Temp-to-perm or strictly temporary.

Fresh Start is not a large temporary employment agency. We are able to screen each program participants in effort to meet employer needs. The unique feature is transportation to and from work providing you with more reliability and predictability to meet your needs.
