We operate a little different than most staffing services with our unique process for hiring and managing our workers. Our guarantee is that we will send your company hardworking, qualified dependable workers that will show up to work on time at a competitive hourly rate. We are able to guarantee this with the steps we have taken in our hiring process. The following is a list of how we ensure that your company will be satisfied with using our services.
- If the customer is dissatisfied with any employee in the first four hours of their 1st shift we will replace that employee and you will not be charged for the hours worked.
- We perform a complete background check on all employees, based on your specific request.
- We require that all employees be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. We also perform random drug screening as well as random breathalyzer testing.
- We provide transportation to and from the work site. This ensures that our employees will arrive on time and ready to work.
- We cover all federal, state and local withholding taxes as well as unemployment taxes and workers compensation.
- We are able to make last minute schedule changes as well as provide additional employees.
- We are able to provide employees at a lower rate than most staffing companies.
Fresh Start is a drug and alcohol free employer. There is absolutely no use of drugs or alcohol while employed through our agency. Fresh Start will conduct a pre-employment drug test and will conduct random or schedule testing on employees while under our employment.
